Take a bow! Ercia Aguila‘s menswear collection for Philippine Men’s Fashion Gala 2026 showcased a bold reimagining of Barong Tagalog and menswear, where tradition met avant-garde innovation. Oversized bows, sculptural accessories, and dramatic layering elevated the pieces beyond classic tailoring.

Tailored jackets and embroidered tops dominated the collection, often paired with wide-legged trousers. Ercia leaned into sharp silhouettes softened by sheer overlays, oversized bows, and layered textures—creating a balance of masculinity and fluidity.

Red emerged as a statement shade, seen in embroidered shirts, patterned jackets, and satin-draped trousers. Cream and white ensembles provided contrast, their intricate beadwork and embroidery catching the light with opulent precision. The striking orange suit with an oversized bow epitomized fearless color experimentation.

Ercia Aguila proved that men’s fashion can be both rooted in culture and unapologetically experimental—setting the stage for a new era of sartorial expression.
