It’s showtime! Fernando Garcia unveiled his menswear collection at the Philippine Fashion Gala 2026 with a daring exploration of avant-garde styling leaning into theatricality and layering unexpected textures and silhouettes that blurred the line between couture and performance.

Terno shoulders, pinstriped rompers, and sharply tailored tops in bold hues like turquoise and mint green redefined streetwear that brought a contemporary twist. Metallic shorts, iridescent fabrics, and sequined jackets injected a futuristic edge. The interplay of sheer overlays, lace detailing, and cage-like skirts created a dialogue between fragility and strength, highlighting fashion’s ability to transform everyday menswear staples into sculptural art.

Garcia embraced vibrant palettes—orange shorts against green shirts, pastel layering, and gradient tops shifting from indigo to peach. The bold chromatic choices underscored a fashion-forward sensibility, signaling a move away from muted menswear traditions. His menswear collection was not only about wearability — it was about vision. By merging experimental layering and fearless color play, Garcia reimagined the male wardrobe as a canvas for cultural storytelling and artistic provocation.
